STANDARD OF ABUNDANCE
We commit to upholding an abundance mentality in every decision we make. We know that all the resources we need are available to us now and we act accordingly.

STANDARD OF GRATITUDE
We are grateful for all of our experiences regardless of the outcome of the situation and how we feel. Daily expression of gratitude is foundational to our relationship.

STANDARD OF LOVE
We prioritize loving each other through the lens of our individual love languages. Chelann loves Sam through physical touch and quality time and Sam loves Chelann through words of affirmation and physical touch.

STANDARD OF BUILDING UP
We unwaveringly show each other a public and private display of respect, always seeking first to understand the other person’s perspective in order to most effectively call them to a higher standard of greatness. We unconditionally serve each other by putting the others needs before our own. We are each other’s #1 fan.

STANDARD OF TOGETHERNESS
We cultivate seamless integration through shared experiences in our growth, development and all of our interests. We are life partners in every sense. We go through the ebbs and flows of life together, bringing balance to one another wherever support is needed. We actively build solutions together because two minds are better than one.

STANDARD OF HEALTH
We individually and consistently practice the eight laws of health (sunshine, water, sleep, exercise, time in reflection, healthy diet, fresh air, and self control) and set goals to stay healthy and fit for ourselves and each other. Our emotions are important and we treat them as such. We are transparent about our emotional state at every point in our individual journeys. We also practice active empathy to best support each other in processing our feelings healthily.

STANDARD OF OWNERSHIP
We actively take individual responsibility for our decisions and their outcome. We understand that every decision we make impacts our future and legacy. Assisting each other’s awareness of self-love is highly important in this area: balance is key; we cannot give from an empty cup.

STANDARD OF LEADERSHIP
We influence and impact the world, walking the talk and leading by example with love as a core principle. We cast intentional vision and lead the pack through formidable servant leadership.

STANDARD OF MINDFULNESS
We practice high-level mindfulness and intentional consideration in the most beneficial areas, individually and as a unified front. This will be determined by our goals and trajectory at any given point in time. We efficiently pilot the plane together, encouraging each other to find routes to respect ourselves and everyone around us to the capacity that we know each other to be capable of. In this way we honour the power of our words and movement, leaving the smallest footprint with maximum effectiveness.

STANDARD OF COMMUNICATION
We hold a standard of unapologetic and transparent communication with no subject being off limits. Active listening and understanding is a priority. There is always a win-win situation that we can negotiate towards. When intentional communication is taking place, the other individual will provide their full respect and undivided attention. We value having these conversations in a one-on-one encouraging environment together.

STANDARD OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
It is imperative to have a strategic plan (at least 3-months) in place at all times for our business goals. Every decision we make is measured against the strong why that we maintain. Our business purpose is to create a world-wide impact by becoming influential in every market we enter, with love as a core principle. This will take our impact beyond business. 

STANDARD OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH
We continuously search for new levels of spiritual truth and love all over the world. Practicing individual spiritual devotions daily is essential to this standard. In addition, a weekly session called Defining The Undefinable is held where spiritual truths are thoroughly explored. We express daily gratitude to the Source of all that is. We realize that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
